S&P CNX Nifty for 22 May 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 6132 with immediate support at 6108. There after the support is at 6070.

On the flip side the market will face immediate resistance at 6121, 6132 and 6151.

However to resume the bull run the market will have to conquer the resistance of 6187.

Our outlook for today is that the market looks inconclusive and weak in the face of the impending settlement and over bought positions in F&O segment and this may couse it to slide even lower.

However, to resume the current trend of strong bull run, the support of 6108 is very crucial for today which if taken out will result in  a decrease in the commitment by the market players and slowing the speed of ascent.

S&P CNX Nifty for 17 May 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 6162 with 6167 as the immediate support and thereafter at 6138 and 6063.
The immediate resistance is at 6175 and then at 6195 and 6220.
Our outlook is of continued optimism amid a bit of cooling and flare ups.

S&P CNX Nifty for 16 May 2013.

It turned out very much in expected lines. As stated in our blog post yesterday, the market did resume its bull run as it came back with great strength.

The tipping point for today is at 6108 with 6133 as the immediate support. Thereafter the supports are at 6114 and 6046.

The immediate resistance is at 6152 and then at 6196 and 6246.

Our outlook is of continued bull move amid a lot of strength.

S&P CNX Nifty for 15 May 2013.

As the followers of our post might have noticed that our resistance as stated in last post of 6027 held as Nifty returned from 6026.8.

The tipping point for today is at 5998 with 5991 as the immediate support. If 5991 gets breached then the next supports are at 5962 and 5914.

On the flip side the resistance is at 6004 and 6008. 

Our outlook for today is that of continued strength, which may lead to resumption of bull market if the benchmark index conquers 6062 mark. 

S&P CNX Nifty for 14 May 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 6019. The resistances placed at 6006, 6027 and 6061.
The supports are at 5962 and 5914.
Our outlook for today is that the benchmark index must overcome 6061 conclusively for the bull run to resume. Otherwise the market will be somewhat weak as it will consolidate.

S&P CNX Nifty for 13 May 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 6101with 6095 as the immediate support. Thereafter the supports are at 6071 and 6059.

On the flip side the resistances are at 6119, 6133 and 6150.

The outlook continues to be bullish as there is a bit more space on the upside even though there might be some supply emerging.

S&P CNX Nifty for 10 may 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 6059 with 6047 as the immediate support and thereafter at 6024 and 5987. On the flip side the resistances are at 6065, 6076, 6102.

The crucial support of 6047 indicated in our yesterday's post did manage to hold on closing basis.

Our outlook for today is that although the bullish structure is very much in tact, but a lot depends on whether the benchmark index trades below 6047 or above 6065. If it trades below 6047 for longer period then a bit of long unwinding may emerge whereas if it trades above 6065, fresh longs may emerge.

Those followers of this blog who watched the nifty yesterday must have noticed how the Nifty traded mostly around our first resistance of 6069 for most of yesterday's session before it finally conquered it towards the tail end.

The tipping point for today is at 6059 with immediate supports at 6065 and 6047.

The immediate resistance is at 6095, 6118 and 6152.

Our outlook is of continued optimism if it holds above the 6047 mark. Otherwise it will consolidate.

As predicted in our yesterday's post, it indeed was a bullish flare up.

The tipping point for today is at 6026 with 6069, 6093 and 6136 as the resistances. On the flip side the immediate supports are at 6042, 6036 and 6028

However, for the bullish run to continue the market must stay above the 6017 mark.

Our outlook for today is of continued bull run with a bit of consolidation here and there.

The resistance of 5976 held yesterday twice, once in mid session and then again towards the close which was very much in line with our estimated resistance of 5974 as also our support of 5925 as published in yesterdays post.

The tipping point for today is at 5958 and the immediate supports are at 5971, 5966 and 5952. The resistance is at 5985 and then at 6007 and 6037.

Our outlook is of continued consolidation with bullish flare ups.

The tipping point for today is at 5959 with 5946, 5958 and 5974 as the immediate resistances.

Our outlook is that of a breakout might be coming again but only if it trades above the 5985 mark with good volumes. Otherwise it will consolidate with a positive bias.

The tipping point for the day is at 5976 which is way below the immediate support of 5983. Thereafter the supports are at 5961 and 5925. The immediate resistance is at 6007 which if overcome may see the benchmark index finding resistance at 6042 and 6085.

Our outlook for the day is that the party continues, albeit with a bit of hiccup and jolts.

As predicted in our last posts, Nifty did exhibit a breakout in an optimistic way.

The tipping point for today is at 5926 with the next resistance at 5972. On the flip side if Nifty slides below 5926 then the supports are at 5912, 5895 and 5856.

Our outlook is that the market may consolidate with a positive bias before another spike up towards scaling a new high.

Our outlook for the day is that there are chances of a breakout today; whether it will be a positive break out or negative will depend upon whether the bench mark conquers 5890 or slips below 5842. Traders may also keep an eye on the volumes, for a breach of the above points without heavy volumes is a false signal.

What an expiry of April contracts! Welcome to the May series.
The market exhibited a clean breakout from the recent downtrend which had begun from the onset of February series this year (29 Jan 2013)
The tipping point for the day is at 5898 with immediate resistance at 5918 and then at 5942 and 5970. The immediate support is at 5909, 5900 and 5885. Breach of 5885 may take it down to 5842 and 5766.
Our outlook for the day is that the market may let out a bit of steam afterwards maybe another spike up north.

The tipping point for the day is 5823 with the immediate and crucial resistance at 5869.

On the flip side the supports are at 5814, 5782 and 5736.

Our outlook for the market is that the 5833 mark is crucial for future trend and the market should conclusively trade above this point for a trend reversal from the recent down trend to up trend. Fresh longs will be built if it conquers the resistance at 5869 mark.

The tipping point for the day is at 5753 with immediate resistances at 5787, 5825 and 5869.

However, on the flip side, the supports are at 5768, 5751 and 5617.

Our outlook is that the market may go up a bit more and if it happens to conquer 5869 with good volumes then fresh longs will be built up signalling a change from consolidation to a return to bullish trend. The buying spree and short covering may take the market up to the 5871 mark in the next few trading session. Traders on long side may raise their stop loss to 5624 and in case of a positive bullish opening today to 5745.

S&P CNX Nifty for 18 April 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 5697 with immediate supports at 5686, 5677 and 5643. The immediate resistances are at 5696, 5703 and 5719.
Our outlook for today is a bit more of cautious optimism as market will remain closed tomorrow. Traders riding longs may trade safe by raising their stop loss to 5589. The buying spree and short covering may take the market up to the 5871 mark in the next few trading session if the 5719 mark is conquered conclusively with good volumes. 5871 mark will decide the future trend i.e. whether the market will resume its earlier bullish trend or consolidate.

S&P CNX Nifty for 17 April 2013.

The tipping point for today is at 5648 with the resistances at 5717, 5766 and 5782. On the flip side the supports are at 5652, 5623 and 5614.
The market did manage to hold above 5557.5, and so it saw a bullish move up north. It closed in a rather optimistic note. However, the market cannot be concluded to have reversed it's recent down trend unless and until it conclusively closes above the 5717 mark today and above 5870 in successive sessions. Traders on long side are advised to ride the trend with 5576 as stop loss.

S&P CNX Nifty for 16 April 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 5554 with 5571 and 5581 as the immediate resistances, above which the market must conclusively overcome 5662 for any hope of sustained up move.

Otherwise the immediate support is at  5535 failing which it will see further erosion till 5444.

As predicted in our last post, the market did go up yesterday albeit amidst pessimism.

Our outlook is of a little more upside if it holds above the 5557.5 mark. However, if the benchmark index closes above the 5610 mark on closing basis with good volumes, then the next trend will be of consolidation with positive bias, otherwise we are in a downtrend which may probably bottom out at around 5280 levels.

The tipping point for the day is at 5522 with 5540 and 5566 as the immediate resistances. On the flip side the immediate support is at 5513 failing which it will slide towards the 5444 mark.
Our outlook is that the market may go up a bit in the immediate term but overall, it will remain weak.

S&P CNX Nifty for 12 April 2013.

The tipping point for the day is at 5582 with immediate resistance at 5624, 5648 and 5665. On the flip side the immediate support is at 5585, 5568 and 5528. If 5528 is broken then all gain of last two sessions will be lost.
Our outlook continues to be negative as long as the benchmark index does not conclusively hold above 5665 with good volumes and also on closing basis. Otherwise we are not out of the woods. Traders may ride longs with 5560 as stop loss.

S&P CNX Nifty for 11 April 2013.

The market indeed exhibited a comeback as, much in predicted lines, it did stick it's head above the 5528 mark as we had stated in our last post.
The immediate support is at 5547 and 5534. 5534 also hapens to be the tipping point today.
If it slides below the 5512 mark then all of yesterdays gains will be wiped out.
On the flip side the immediate resistances are at 5583 and 5648.
Our outlook is that the market although still weak may exhibit a bit more strength and so traders on the long side may continue with stop loss at 5512.

S&P CNX Nifty for 10 April 2013.

As envisaged in our last post, the market indeed turn our to be weak. The immediate resistance for today is at 5514 and the tipping point for today is placed much higher at 5528. If the benchmark index manages to stick it's head above this mark then the market will face resistance at 5531 and 5559.
On the flip side the supports are at 5453.
Our outlook continues to be pessimistic and the market seems to be headed towards the 5444 mark. If 5444 gets broken today then lot of supply will emerge from the domestic players as new shorts will be initiated.

The tipping point for the day is at 5549 with immediate resistance at 5557 and then 5587, 5619 and 5670 continue to be higher resistances, in case if Nifty holds above the 5557 mark.
On the flip side the immediate support is at 5530, 5516 and 5498. Target on the lower side is at 5444.
Our outlook for the market continues to be weak and it may slide further. Only a breakout above the 5670 can lift the morale of the bulls.

The tipping point for the day is at 5555 with 5562 as the immediate resistance and then 5587, 5619 and 5670.
On the flip side the immediate support is at 5532, 5512 and 5490. 5445 should be a more strong support.

Talking of transcendental folk music here's a group from Nederland, Colorado. Elephant Revival was formed in 2006. The group incorporates Celtic fiddle tunes and ballads. The group members are versatile and play multiple instruments and make resounding music with washboard, djembe, musical saw, double-bass, mandolin, banjo, acoustic guitar, electric banjo/guitar, fiddle and vocals.

The support continues to be at 5558 which if breached will see fresh shorts being built in the system as the benchmark index will slide towards 5445.
Our outlook continues to be of weakness and consolidation at lower levels as the market may seek an intermediate bottom. trend will reverse only if it somehow conquers 5683.
